This is one of the better restaurants in WEM and my favourite Tony Roma's in Edmonton. The overall quality and quantity of food is good (i.e. ribs). Also, the price of the food is quite good compared to other similar restaurants in WEM.

This restaurant has been located on Bourbon Street in West Edmonton mall for at least 25 years from what I remember and the menu hasn't changed much except the prices!  The decor/interior is definitely out-dated, the food is the same and service is average.

If you are feeling ribs then this is the place to be, they have baby backs, St. Louis which are spare ribs, riblings, beef ribs and a few different BBQ sauces.  I've never been disappointed with the ribs.  The bbq chicken is also good, never overcooked or dry.  The coleslaw is tasty and the baked potato comes loaded and is a good size.  I can't believe how much the prices have increased but the portions are okay.

The menu also offers appetizers, salad, burgers and sandwiches, a few pasta dishes, chicken, ribs of course and some steak.  All comes with either one or two sides.  On Tuesdays the offer all you can eat riblings for $25.00.

It was quite busy on a Saturday evening around 7:00 but we managed to get a table immediately.  Our food came out quite quick and our server was efficient.  Good for a group or family.

We went to Bourbon Street looking for a nice dinner and we thought of trying the Tony Roma's Restaurant today. The place was really busy but the staff are very accomodating. We ordered chicken and bacon burger off the handheld menu and the shrimp and salmon piccata. The food were served hot and really tasty, no regret at all choosing this restaurant for our dinner tonight. I think that they have the best french fries in Edmonton! The total experience was really great and would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.

I used to love Tony Roma's. Good food, good atmosphere, generous portions... But when we went here with s party of four I was sorely disappointed. The appetizers (chicken wings and spicy shrimp) were disappointing, the shrimp were soggy and covered with way too much sauce, and had a bitter taste. The chicken wings were cold and bland. I ordered the Ribeye steak, baked potato. With mushrooms and seasonal veggies.

The steak was maybe a half inch thick and not even$10 steak sandwich worthy. The mushrooms were fried canned pieces and stems from the look and texture, baked potato was dry and cold. Veggies were green beans with an over powering garlic taste. At $41.50 it was the worst meal I've had in a very long time. My companions were also disappointed with their meals. Dessert was ok. Nana cream pie with Oreo crust.

Service was also sub par. Waitress spent most of her time gossiping with co-workers at the bar, and drinks were empty without timely refills.

You'll get a better meal in the food court.

It was Sunday, we went to see Infinity war at the WEM Theater and why not let's stop for ribs at the Bourbon street.. well I won't say it was horrible, but definitely not the best experience.

This location needs an urgent transformation. Tables, chairs, booths, carpets and bathrooms are old and you can see it right away.

Lets talk about the food, the ribs were just okay, a little bit dry but the meat came off the bone very easy. The veggies were definitely not their best, I'm sure they took the veggies out of the freezer just minutes before serving the food.

Our server was very nice and polite, she even gave us couple of suggestions on the menu but she was not in charge of the overprice, the quality of food or the furniture so she is the only reason I'm giving two stars and not one.

I don't think I'll be back anytime soon but if they decide to invest and do some adjustments of course I'l ll give them a second chance.
